Moving To Our New House in North County

Today, we officially take possession of the house in Encinitas, CA. I dropped off the cashier's check at Elite Escrow this morning for final closing. We are so glad that all the paper work is finally over. Buying a house is indeed very stressful as many of you who bought a house know. The not so fun part is getting the loan approved and the unexpected changes. Lender sometimes play games and let you know an unknown problem when the closing date is approaching. Well, this is based on our experience.

I have to remove an over grown plants in the yard. We also have to call an arborist to remove 2 big trees in the front and another 2 in the back to make the property more open. We are going to replace them with Palm trees. I am wondering where I can find a dwarf coconut tree here in San Diego. I should do a coconut tree hunting one of these days. I am also going to check different plants to buy for me to plant in the front yard and the court yard area.
