Delicious Dinner

A month ago I decided to have weekly meal plan with a theme. It would be fun to cook something different than keep cooking my very own Filipino food. So a few weeks back then I cooked French food for dinner and then a week after I made some Vietnamese soup 'Pho', I also cook Filipino food of course. Having a variety of different food to cook make my kitchen more interesting.

When I still live in Colorado for about three years, I don't know why I didn't cooked that much variety of food. I thought that maybe I am mostly surrounded with my Filipino friends and my husband is not supper picky in terms of the food that I cooked for him.

I also went to school when I was still in Colorado so, I didn't have a lot of time to cook dinner every single night during the week. Now, that I am finally done with school and still job hunting I have alot of time to spare to cook dinner. I enjoyed watching my husband eat the food that I cooked and makes me feel good that he love the food as well.

Today, I cooked "Manicotti Alla Romana" this is an Itallian pasta dish. When I was at the grocery store I also grabbed a fruity flavor white wine to pair with the pasta dinner. Some Italian meal just take a little bit long to cook. It is because you have to bake them too.

I grabbed my camera and take some photos for my other successful dinner dish I made. I just want to collect different images of the food I cooked.
